On March 9th, Akanishi Jin has just started 
his second American tour at Club Nokia 
on Los Angeles, California. 
With a performance in New York 
he then celebrated his "grand finale" on March 17th 
Japanese time of his "JAPONICANA TOUR".

The concept behind the tour had been 
the full expression of emotion in motion 
and since it is the tour accompanying Akanishi's 
first full solo album, the shows had been 
concentrating fully on him as an artists 
and the sound he had produced.

His album "JAPONICANA" had reached 
the billboard dance charts at the Top 10 as well. 
While the record had been released 
in Japan and America at the same time, 
it also ranked second in the American download 
dance album charts on iTunes. All songs of the album 
have been performed during the tour at each concert, 
giving the audience a ful taste of Akanishi's 
potential as a solo artist.
