Jin Akanishi, whose comeback is scheduled for August 7th, 
revealed a short PV of his new single "Hey, What's Up?". 
The singer commented: "Since the theme is "summer party", 
I absolutely wanted to put in a party scene. 
I wanted to present the amusement of Japan".

Jin wanted to underline the main theme of his new work, 
which is "party in Tokyo". That's why he proposed to 
the director Maruyama Kenji, best known for the collaboration 
with AKB48 and SKE48, to shoot his PV 
from 11am to 7am of the next morning.
