After more than a year of hiatus from the music industry, 
former KAT-TUN member and Johnny's Entertainment talent 
Jin Akanishi is reported to make his comeback this August.

It has been revealed by Nikkan Sports that 
he has self penned the song he will be releasing this time. 
Akanishi's new single titled "HEY WHAT'S UP?" 
is scheduled to be out on August 7. Aside from this announcement, 
there are no other details revealed yet.

Akanishi is also starred in the movie '47Ronin' 
which will open in cinemas in December. 
However, any press release activities of the movie 
with Jin has not been confirmed yet. 
Loyal fans of the singer/actor will highly anticipate this comeback.
