If you follow J-Pop, you may be familiar with
 an artist by the name of Jin Akanishi, 
formerly of the popular group KAT-TUN. 
Well, he’s been successful after branching out on his own 
and it looks like he has set his eyes on the US market 
with the release of an album and single. 
The former is called The Takeover (ambitious ain’t it?) 
and the latter is called “Test Drive” and will feature hit R&B artist Jason Derulo. 
Does Akanishi have what it takes to break into the western industry? 
We don’t know but we’re excited to find out!
