Ticket purchase Q&A for "Yellow Gold 3010" US tour

1.Do you take reservation?
No. All the tickets will be on sale on 10am, 
October 8, 2010 (PDT). 
Any order before this time line will be cancelled.

2.Is there any priority among different order method; 
online, phone and fax order?
No. First come, first serve basis. 
However, only fax order has lower priority 
since it will start 2 days later.
 (It will start from Monday, October 11, 2010).

3.When and how can we get a confirmation?
Online order: Right after you completed online order, 
you will receive a confirmation email automatically 
to the email address you submitted. 
Please put your email address carefully. 
Wrong or incomplete email address will cause delay 
or difficulty on this confirmation process. 
If you do not receive any confirmation, please contact us. 
In addition, we do not recommend using cell phone address 
because cell phone will reject to receive too heavy message automatically.
Phone order: Same as online order. 
Our phone representative will ask you your email address 
and confirmation email will be send to that email address automatically.
However, if there is any problem with your credit card information 
or your credit card did not go through, 
All American Tickets has a right to cancel your order.
Be notified, there is a chance to be sold out certain area tickets 
during your order process before you complete your order.

4.Can we order from Japan?
Yes. If you order through All American Tickets, 
you can choose “shipping to Japan” option 
and you will be able to receive your tickets before your trip. 
(The last order date with shipping to Japan option 
is 2 weeks before the event date.) 
Ticket Master does not send your ticket to Japan.
FedEx to Japan: $40, FedEx in US: $15 
(We do not ship to any other oversea except Japan.)

5.Can we order from out of the US?
Yes. You can order anywhere in the world. 
However, oversea delivery is limited to Japan only. 
If you are ordering from out of US but not Japan, 
you can still receive your tickets in the US.
(FedEx in US: $15, Will call at the venue: $2.50, 
Los Angeles office pick up: Free---Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm only)


Delivery
6.When tickets will be ship out? When we can receive our tickets?
Expect shipping date is mid October. 
Usually it takes one week to 10 days to Japan 
and 5 days in US after ship out.
FedEx to Japan: $40, FedEx in US: $15 
(We do not ship to any other oversea except Japan.)


Seating
7.Do you have age restrictions?
No. But you will be required for alcohol purchase.

8.Is there wheel chair seat?
We are checking about this issue.

9.Can we select specific seat online?
You can select your ticket by price and area/section 
but not row or actually seat number. 
Since our computer system will assign your seat automatically, 
we cannot see detailed seats’ location. 
Please wait until you receive your ticket in hand.


ID copy
10.What kind of ID do you accept?
We request your Photo ID as your agreement of our cancellation policy. 
Your student ID, driver’s license, passport 
and health insurance card are acceptable for this issue. 
We handle your ID and individual information very carefully.

11.Does ID have to have photo?
We prefer photo ID. However, we still accept non photo ID’s 
as long as we identify you with name and other information. 
We will consider your ID as your agreement of our cancelation policy. 
Since all sales are final, we do not refund after submitted your order.

12.How we can send copy of our ID?
We recommend faxing for security reason. 
However you can send it by email as attachment 
after scanned or taking a photo of your ID.


Tickets
13.How many ticket we can buy?
You can purchase maximum of 6 tickets per venue. 
Total ticket limit will be 24 tickets for 4 venues. 
However, if stock is less than your order, 
maximum number from available stock 
will be apply on to your order automatically.
 (Ex: If stock is 3 tickets but you try to order 6 tickets, 3 tickets will be on your order.)
Please check available ticket stock during the order process 
and make sure there are enough tickets 
by checking right below each ticket bottom. ---「In Stock: xxx」. 
If it is sold out, you will see “0” or “sold out” sign.

14.Can we order odd number?
Yes. Our system tries to assign your seat next each other. 
However there is no guarantee for it.

15.Can we order multiple orders at once?
You can purchase multiple venue tickets in one order. 
Please press "continue shopping" before you check out 
then select the event again as "Yellow Gold 3010". 
If you make multiple orders separately, 
you will be charged shipping fee for each order separately.


Fees
16.Handling charge
10% service fee will be charge on the top of each ticket, 
however maximum of each fee is $10.00. 
(Ex: Ticket $75.00 + $7.50 handling fee, ticket $120 + $10.00 handling fee.)

17.Facility charge
$2.00 : Rosemont (Chicago)、House of Blues (Houston)
$4.50 : Warfield(San Francisco)、
Club Nokia (Los Angeles), Best Buy (New York)

18.Shipping fee
Shipping fee will be charged on each order separately.

19.Does ticket price variable?
No.
